In this role, you'll be pivotal in the Damage Claims and Court Services Unit. Participate in inquiries related to public claims and collaborate on litigation actions. You will draft comprehensive reports and foster relationships among claimants and various departments to ensure smooth processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate claims related to environmental and property damage
• Provide transparent communication on procedures and outcomes
• Assist in court preparations and litigation investigations
• Draft detailed memos and status reports
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders
Requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering Technology from an accredited program
• 2-4 years of relevant investigative experience
• Eligible for membership in certified engineering organizations
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
