We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Account Managers. This position is focused on people leadership, coaching, and consistent execution of sales processes rather than individual selling or business development. The Sales Manager will work closely with team members in both office and customer settings, observing interactions, reinforcing structured sales practices, and providing real‑time coaching and feedback. The primary objective is to strengthen team performance, improve customer engagement, and ensure consistent application of the organisation’s sales approach. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can support, mentor, and hold team members accountable while maintaining robust relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Coaching Lead and support a team of approximately 4–8 Account Managers Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback Conduct regular field visits and accompany team members on customer meetings Observe interactions and provide clear, constructive guidance Create sales plans, execute out processes and optimise for greatest return on effort. Participate in customer meetings as needed to support the team Assist in resolving customer concerns and challenging situations Provide pre‑meeting preparation and post‑meeting coaching Communicate customer feedback and field observations to internal stakeholders Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve overall customer experience Communication & Coordination Act as a liaison between the field team and internal departments Share recurring themes, opportunities, and operational challenges with leadership Support alignment between sales activities and organisational objectivesMaintain clear, consistent communication with both team members and leadership What will make you a valued member of our team? Post‑secondary education in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred 5‑8 years experience managing sales or account management teams Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills Comfortable providing direct and constructive feedback Ability to observe customer interactions and offer practical coaching Proficient with CRM systems and standard business software Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a collaborative and structured leader who enjoys developing others and improving team performance.
