Lead solar construction projects as an In office Project Manager. Oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring successful collaboration with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
This pivotal position reports to the Project Director, executing projects within established timelines and budgets. You will supervise all project steps, facilitate team collaboration, and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders. A focus on health and safety standards is essential as you adapt to variable construction environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the company onsite during project execution
• Organize master schedule and oversee project costs
• Coordinate activities with clients, vendors, and the project team




• Facilitate site meetings for smoother operations
• Lead procurement and contractor selection approvals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering
• 8+ years in civil construction, 5+ in solar
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent management and conflict resolution capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
