We are expanding our team and seeking a Planner / Production Planner to drive efficiency and ensure on-time delivery. The role will offer significant opportunities to develop your skills in the following areas. Planning and managing production schedules to meet customer demands. Generate and maintain Work Orders based on target build quantities, identify material shortages, BOM issues, and inventory discrepancies. Working closely with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to optimize workflows. Monitoring inventory and ensure material availability to prevent production delays.



Analysing and improving production efficiency while minimizing costs. Support recent product introductions and prototype development. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of production planning experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing. Or Degree Educated with an internship within a planning / engineering environment. Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
