This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service within the banking sector. As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll handle financial transactions while understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions. Your goal will be to achieve business objectives by providing accurate and timely services, all while building positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Recommend banking solutions based on customer needs
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues as needed




• Achieve assigned goals by promoting services effectively
• Foster a positive team environment through collaboration
Requirements:
• High school diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience
• Solid organizational and administration skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
Excel in delivering outstanding customer experiences by connecting personally and providing effective solutions.
