As an Enterprise Architect, you will make an impact by establishing a robust Enterprise Architecture framework that connects IT decisions to business strategies and objectives improving overall efficiency. You will be a valued member of our Digital Engineering team and work collaboratively with our Life Sciences Engagement Delivery Lead. In thisrole, youwillEvaluate and map existing business capabilities, aligning them with the IT services, systems, and technologies that support them. Apply the ServiceNow CMDB to build and maintain an inventory of applications and technologies, leading all results such as development and maintenance costs, business impact, quality, and expected lifespan. Own initiatives in application portfolio management and ensure alignment between IT and business objectives. Coordinate with system owners to curate data and input it into enterprise architecture tools. Map business processes and analyze business systems to find opportunities for improvement. Integrate industry standards and emerging trends into productive enterprise architecture processes. What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)10+ years of proven expertise in enterprise architecture or a related field. Solid grasp of process mapping, value analysis, and gap analysis. Established proficiency in analysis and problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
Consistent success in collaborating with multi-functional teams and encouraging relationships with internal and external partners. Outstanding interpersonal skills and a dedication to continuous learning and embracing new technologies. Proven track record in tackling intricate problems independently and optimally.
