As an Administrative Clerk, you will provide vital support to the Enterprise Project Management Office. Responsibilities include maintaining electronic files in SharePoint, ensuring compliance, recording meeting minutes, and providing administrative assistance throughout projects. Your contribution is essential to the effective intake and management of project proposals within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain electronic files with accuracy in SharePoint
• Ensure compliance through regular audits of files




• Record accurate meeting minutes and track action items
• Assist with data entry and document preparation
• Collaborate to improve administrative processes
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a relevant program
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent typing and organizational skills
• Robust verbal and written communication
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
