Drive HR analytics as a Metrics and Systems Architect. Lead the collection, transformation, and publication of key metrics from unstructured data within a flexible work environment.
In this full time role until July 30, 2027, you will engage with various multi-channel sources to develop vital HR performance metrics. Collaborating closely with the HRISA team, your expertise in SQL, R/Python, and data visualization tools will enable impactful insights for managers and departments. This position supports the People Plan by providing essential data-led decisions across the Yukon government.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead unstructured data collection and analysis
• Develop and prioritize key HR performance metrics
• Facilitate consistent publication of metrics




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for insights
• Enhance HR systems and tools for better decision-making
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in IT, data science, or related fields
• Extensive experience in systems development
• Proficiency in SQL and data analytics
• Experience with project management and business improvement
• Familiarity with PowerBI and AI/ML is an asset
