You will ensure successful execution of qualification plans, conducting failure analysis when necessary, and delivering effective documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee ASIC package design and verification
• Establish testing requirements with analog design teams
• Prepare and execute qualification and test plans
• Conduct Failure Analysis and resolve technical issues
• Document activities and present findings to stakeholders
Requirements:
• BS or MS in electrical engineering or related fields
• 10 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of ASIC qualification standards
• Proven technical leadership and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with industry best practices
