Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline. 6+ years of professional software development experience. 5+ years of experience with Java. 3+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript. 3+ years working with AWS cloud services. 3+ years of experience implementing Workday integrations. 1+ year of expertise with Workday HR modules. Experience collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders to shape requirements. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Experience with: Workday Extend, Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). Database experience with SQL and NoSQL systems. Machine learning exposure, including: Python, MCP, Bedrock, PyTorch, LangChain.
