In this vital role within the Infrastructure and Operations Team, you'll manage Incident Management activities aligned with ITSM standards. You'll utilize your ITIL Foundation certification and hands-on ServiceNow experience to enhance service delivery. Your collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders ensures effective incident resolution and contributes to ITSM best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Incident Management activities per ITSM processes
• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions and tools
• Coordinate major incident responses and stakeholder communication
• Monitor incident queues and generate operational reports
• Support ITSM process improvements and documentation
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in IT operations or ITSM
• ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory
• Familiarity with SLA tracking and reporting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools
