As a leader in quality assurance, you will manage the Quality Assurance team while aligning with IT and business stakeholders. Your expertise will guide the assessment of quality needs and facilitate improvements to services. The position emphasizes collaboration and support for regulatory compliance and safety processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the Quality Assurance team
• Oversee quality lifecycle, including audits and change control
• Collaborate on risk assessments and data validation




• Promote continuous improvement in quality systems
• Advise on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and QMS
Requirements:
• 10+ years of QA and IT experience in a GxP environment
• Minimum 5 years in a Quality Assurance role for IT
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven analytical and decision-making capabilities
