Vice-Principal – Uplands Elementary School

The Coast Mountains School District is inviting applications for a 1.00 FTE continuing Vice-Principal position for Uplands Elementary School located in Terrace, BC. This position consists of 0.400 FTE administration with a 0.600 FTE teaching role. The start date for the position will be August 1, 2026.

The Coast Mountains School District acknowledges the traditional and unceded territories of the Gitxsan, Haisla, Nisga'a & Ts'msyen Peoples.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated skills in working with collective agreements in a unionized environment.

Eligibility Requirements

- Ministry of Education Teacher Regulation Branch certification.
- A master's degree from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated excellence as a teacher and educational leader.

Compensation

BCPSEA Regional Salary Model for Vice Principals – Minimum $131,289 / Maximum $136,759.
