Become a key player in HR operations as an HR Systems Specialist. Support day-to-day data management, system functionality, reporting, compliance, and assist with time-off management across various HR components.
This position involves collaborating with stakeholders in recruitment, payroll, and IT to ensure smooth HR operations. You'll actively participate in managing HR data within SuccessFactors, assist in project implementations, and provide level 2 support in ongoing maintenance across HR systems. Your role will affect various talent operations while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR data within SuccessFactors modules
• Assist in system configuration and testing
• Support daily talent operations and tools
• Produce people-related reports when required
• Collaborate with third-party service providers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years in HR systems administration
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors is an asset
• Solid Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management
