Vice President, Partnerships Reporting to the Chief Development Officer and serving as a key member of the Foundation’s Executive Team, the Vice President, Partnerships is responsible for advancing a national Corporate and Community Partnerships strategy that drives sustainable philanthropic growth and deepens engagement with corporate leaders, community partners, and volunteers. The role will lead the continued evolution of corporate and community philanthropy, strengthening existing relationships, expanding into new and diverse communities of support, and elevating CAMH Foundation’s national presence as a partner of choice in mental health. The Vice President is accountable not only for revenue growth, but for shaping and overseeing the corporate and community donor experience, ensuring that partnership journeys, engagement strategies, and activation plans are thoughtfully designed and executed to build meaningful, long‑term relationships. This includes advancing innovative partnership models that align corporate and community priorities with CAMH’s mission and impact. The Vice President will oversee a significant portfolio of partnerships and personally steward a select group of high‑value corporate partners and prospects, serving as the Foundation’s most senior corporate fundraiser. The role will also guide a high‑performing team accountable for achieving ambitious annual and multi‑year fundraising targets, contributing directly to CAMH Foundation’s strategic priorities to grow and diversify revenue streams, enhance donor experiences, and build a more inclusive philanthropic community.QualificationsA demonstrated track record of success in building and leading high‑value corporate partnerships,



sponsorships, or revenue‑generating relationships, including experience securing complex, multi‑year commitments at the seven‑figure level.Significant leadership experience guiding high‑performing teams within complex, mission‑driven or matrixed environments, with a demonstrated ability to align people, strategy, and performance to achieve ambitious goals.A sophisticated understanding of partnership and community building strategy and the full lifecycle of relationship development—from business development and negotiation through stewardship and long‑term engagement—combined with the ability to translate organizational impact into compelling, externally facing narratives for multiple audiences.The ability to operate with strategic agility and influence at the most senior levels, building trusted relationships with corporate and community leaders, volunteers, boards, and internal stakeholders, while navigating complexity with sound judgment, political acuity, and a team-oriented approach.The expected salary range for this position is $175,000 – $205,000 CAD per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
