Key Responsibilities:
• Act as knowledge support for Leads Coordinators
• Coach and train on new initiatives
• Monitor escalations and provide guidance
• Champion lead operations processes and efficiency
• Analyze lead performance against key metrics
Requirements:
• 4+ years in customer service or operations
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
• Solid knowledge of lead management and marketing
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
