We are currently hiring a Plan Document Specialist to support the preparation and organization of company documents This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and format plan documents and reports
- Ensure documents are accurate and up to date
- Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Make updates and corrections as needed
- Work with team members to gather required information
- Follow company guidelines for document handling and storage

Qualifications:

- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Solid written communication skills in English
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
