Lead remote camp maintenance as a proactive Maintenance Supervisor. Oversee multi-site operations, ensuring quality assurance and optimal scheduling while directing on-site teams for effective performance.
This full-time position requires strong leadership and management skills within remote and industrial camp settings. You'll coordinate all maintenance activities, ensuring timely execution and compliance with safety and quality standards. A focus on enhancing procedures in collaboration with Maintenance Planners will be essential for driving productivity across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance for multiple remote camp sites
• Coordinate daily activities of on-site maintenance teams
• Guide teams in using CMMS for productive operations




• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory policies
• Measure and report on maintenance achievements
Requirements:
• 6+ years in maintenance leadership or superintendent role
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
• Valid Journeyman certification preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
