In this role, you will create effective plans and execute daily sales calls while managing a team of merchandisers. Your responsibilities will include reporting on store findings, utilizing field tools, and achieving key metrics and financial goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve service model goals and manage expense budgets
• Execute promotional sales presentations effectively
• Lead, train, and develop a motivated team
• Identify opportunities in new and existing accounts
• Report on customer and competitor activities
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in outside sales or retail roles
• Business-related degree or diploma preferred
• Energetic, results-oriented mindset
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
