Be an essential member of the Wealth Management team as a Reporting Coordinator. You'll support financial planning efforts, coordinate reporting processes, and ensure data integrity in consolidated reports.
This is a key position that involves administrative support to the Financial Planning team. You're responsible for gathering essential information, processing client data, and maintaining accurate system updates. Your role will also include preparing for meetings, tracking various accounts, and assisting with additional financial planning tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with financial planning administrative tasks
• Coordinate financial planning and reporting processes
• Process client data for consolidated reports
• Ensure accurate scheduling of consolidated reports
• Support ad hoc projects and other duties
Requirements:
• 2+ years in wealth/financial planning industry
• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
• Progress toward CFP designation preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid analytical and communication abilities
Contribute to streamlined financial planning operations and improved reporting accuracy within the wealth management sector.
