Senior Full Stack Engineer
to join our team full-time in Canada.

About the role: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, become a part of a cross‑functional development team, engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on the project focused on selling and distributing tickets for various events, one of the leading providers of booking and ticketing services in the arts and entertainment industry operating on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle from design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Design backend services including RESTful and GraphQL APIs, serverless architectures, microservices, and workflow orchestrations with state machines
Compose system architecture and sequence diagrams to illustrate service interactions and data flows
Design, implement, and maintain relational and non‑relational databases with a focus on data modeling, integrity, performance, and maintainability
Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD
Utilize infrastructure‑as‑code and container orchestration tools such as Terraform and Kubernetes to manage infrastructure and application scalability
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and share knowledge with the team
Work in a Lite Agile environment to adapt to changing requirements
Requirements:
5+ years of backend development experience with extensive exposure to backend technologies
Basic knowledge of Java and Spring with understanding of related frameworks,
libraries, and tools
Ability to analyze architecture and service dependencies and create sequence diagrams and technical documentation based on implementation requirements
Experience with GraphQL and REST including API design, consumption, and architecture
Hands‑on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases as well as ORM tools
Proficiency with CI/CD tools, especially GitLab CI/CD
Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform for container orchestration and infrastructure management
Fluency in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills
Openness and adaptability with willingness to learn recent tools and technologies as needed
