Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements for desired outcomes
• Interpret agreements with franchisors, suppliers, and government
• Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
• Provide advice on corporate, franchise, and employment law
• Manage litigation and oversee dispute resolution
Requirements:
• Current member in good standing with Ontario Law Society
• 2-4 years of corporate/commercial law experience
• Proven ability to navigate complex legal issues
• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
