Your role will include overseeing food quality, organization, and training kitchen staff to uphold high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support exceptional food preparation and service
• Lead and energize the kitchen team
• Ensure operational cleanliness and efficiency
• Oversee food quality and menu presentation
• Manage inventory and order supplies
Requirements:
• 5 years culinary experience, 2 years in a supervisory role
• Certification in Food Safety and WHMIS
• Knowledge of kitchen training practices
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Flexible schedule required
