The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving floor performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements
- Schedule will vary weekly but you should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.
- Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
- During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the business.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory or management experience required.
