Must-Have 1 6-8 years of technical experience in ServiceNow ITSM, Virtual Agent 2 At least 2 implementation experiences of ServiceNow, ITSM, Virtual Agent in any area (IT, HR etc.) 3 Good knowledge of ServiceNow Platform 4 Proven experience of delivering solutions using ServiceNow development best Practices 5 Expected hands on with all ServiceNow components such as Client Script, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Pages, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Script Actions, REST APIs, Email Notifications, etc. 6 Experience in implementation of Service Portal with good knowledge of AngularJS 7 Experience in developing Catalog Items with workflows, business rules and Flow designer 8 Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles 9 Contributing unit tests using team’s automated testing framework,
participating in code reviews, pair programming and UAT defect resolution 10 Experience with Agile development methodologies 11 Experience implementing CMDB and cloud Discovery 12 Experience with at least 2 non ITSM modules likes SecOps, HRSD, CSM 13 Robust experience in integrating ServiceNow platform with other enterprise systems using various integration mechanisms 14 Experience with upgrades, simplification of customizations Good-to-Have 1 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations. 2 Experience implementing SAM / HAM / ITOM #J-18808-Ljbffr
