You'll support talent acquisition while managing contingent workforce processes and enhancing onboarding experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and improve employee experience processes
• Implement AI and automation for operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain People & Values documentation
• Manage contract processes for contingent workers
• Support onboarding strategies for a seamless experience
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in HR operations or analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience with HRIS platforms like HiBob preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Adaptable to recent tools and technologies
