Enhance enterprise IAM services as a Senior Systems Support Analyst. Focus on deploying and improving authentication systems used for MFA while ensuring platform reliability and inciting incident response.
In this senior role, you will lead the deployment and support of IAM and MFA platforms. Participate in addressing authentication incidents, integrating MFA with identity providers, and ensuring compliance with corporate security standards. Collaborate with security and application teams to implement and maintain authentication controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and support enterprise IAM and MFA platforms
• Act as a subject matter expert for MFA journeys
• Monitor, triage, and resolve IAM incidents
• Integrate MFA flows with identity providers
• Maintain documentation for IAM and MFA platforms
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years in IAM or authentication platforms
• Direct experience with RSA Auth Manager and MFA solutions
• Robust knowledge of IAM concepts and protocols
• Scripting capabilities for IAM operations
