YOUR IMPACT OpenText is looking for strong candidate to be part of a diverse team responsible for technical ownership and ongoing management of our HR applications such as SuccessFactors Suite (EC, RBP, RCM, PMGM, Compensation, and Onboarding), Time and Attendance, and Payroll. This candidate will be an integral part of the Open Text IT Enterprise Business Systems organization while partnering with the HR organization to deliver technical solutions to meet business needs. What The Role Offers Work with the HR and IT teams and be responsible for the maintenance and upgrades of the SAP SuccessFactors suite, Time and Attendance and Payroll. Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and its data model including the replication of core HR data. Create detailed functional and technical specification documents, maintain integration guides, workbooks, and collaborate with HR business partners and IT teams. Leverage best practice technology solutions to continually upgrade and improve the SuccessFactors suite.
Contribute to HR enterprise application roadmap strategy while supporting the impact on integrated systems. Act as the functional SME for the modules, partnering with the technical developers to translate business requirements, advise on best practices, propose relevant solutions to configure the system. Provide ongoing technical expertise and operational consultation on system functionality, environment management, system upgrades, and configuration. Support audit and compliance activities for the HR applications. What You Need To Succeed Minimum 5 years’ experience in SuccessFactors Suite and related integrated applications (Payroll, Time and Attendance). Experience withfull cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central or one or more of the modules. Nice to have: Certifications in one or more modules of SuccessFactors HCM suite, technical developer role in integration of Payroll and SF Suite and/or Peoplestory Reporting. Strong understanding of HR specific business processes. Encompasses analytical thinking, problem solving, and superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off. Salary Range: $67,200 -$110,400; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
