Role: Lead MuleSoft Platform Support Engineer
Location: Remote, Canada
Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Provide platform support for MuleSoft integrations and Spring Boot APIs.
- Perform code-level analysis and log analysis to troubleshoot issues.
- Proactively identify potential problems and implement preventive measures.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Monitor application health using tools such as Sumo Logic and New Relic.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Participate in on-call support rotation, including weekdays and weekends, to maintain high availability.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and best practices for continuous improvement.
Technical Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in code-level debugging and log analysis.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools: Sumo Logic, New Relic.
- Valuable understanding of API security standards (OAuth2, OIDC).
- Knowledge of integration patterns and API lifecycle management.
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
