Customer Success Manager

What You’ll be Doing
As a Customer Success Manager , you will partner with customers to achieve their business goals through proactive product adoption, strategic planning, and best‑practice creation. You will be the advocate of customers’ voices, the primary point of contact for product services, and a champion for their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build robust relationships with existing stakeholders and new customers.
- Advocate for customers, share their feedback and help shape product strategy.
- Be the subject‑matter expert of ZTR products and services.
- Use metrics to build success plans, optimize practices, and present insights.
- Own end‑to‑end onboarding and post‑sales cross‑sales upsell interactions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solidify partnerships.
Who you are
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management or related role within the technology field.
- Diploma or Degree in Software Development, Engineering Technology, Telecommunications or related field.
- Proven experience leading complex projects with diverse cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management concepts.
- Affinity for working with customers and building relationships.
- Profound understanding of current and upcoming technologies and trends.
- Goal‑oriented, customer‑ and team‑focused.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Observant of customer needs and provides solutions with their values in mind.
