Job Overview We are looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to play a pivotal role in crafting high‑impact, end‑to‑end learning experiences. This role will break new ground, lead with a consultative mindset and translate complex business and learner needs into engaging, scalable solutions. The LXD will design and shape employee learning experiences, focusing on sales and customer success cohorts and career development moments that matter, partnering closely with the Product & Customer Experience Academy, SMEs, Program Managers, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Analysis: Collaborate and consult with Program Managers/Stakeholders to understand training needs, learner profiles, and performance gaps. Conduct learning needs analysis (LNAs) to customize learning paths and strategies. Adapt & maintain existing training materials, including internally created content and content libraries. Design: Partner with Product & Customer Experience Program Managers, SMEs, and other stakeholders to prototype and build end‑to‑end experiences, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Choose appropriate instructional design modalities (beyond just e‑learning) for content development and implementation, considering scalability and maintenance. Draft design documents such as curriculum maps, course outlines, storyboards, and learning objectives. Curate content libraries and maintain content improvements and updates. Implement agile methodologies, using iterative development and feedback loops to continuously enhance learning assets.



Incorporate visual design principles to ensure that presentations and learning materials are visually appealing and enhance the user experience. Development: Build engaging, effective, and interactive learning experiences using authoring tools. Implement product management methodologies to manage content iterations, prioritize updates based on user feedback, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. Explore new tools and methodologies to break new ground. Implementation: Partner with Program Managers to ensure smooth rollout of learning experiences to support the initial launch of training programs. Test and refine course materials based on feedback from beta tests or pilot sessions, using analytics and user behaviour metrics to inform refinements. Iterate on user feedback, employing agile product management practices to continuously evolve and enhance learning offerings. Evaluation: Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders post‑training to assess the effectiveness of learning experiences. Collaborate with PMs to analyze key metrics – NPS/KPI. Implement revisions based on evaluation findings to ensure continuous improvement. The Ideal Candidate 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fintech/tech environment or sales training. Samples of your design work or a link to your portfolio. Expert‑level knowledge of learning authoring tools: Articulate Rise & Storyline (or similar). Experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Degreed, Absorb,



etc.) and SharePoint publishing. Graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator/Canva/Figma) and video production skills (Adobe Premiere Pro/Camtasia/Synthesia). Copywriting abilities. Exceptional organization and project management skills; comfortable usingPM tools such as Monday.Com, Asana, Jira, etc. Self‑directed and comfortable working within a distributed team. Strong visual design skills to develop visually appealing and engaging content. Strong ability to influence across teams and build partnerships that drive business outcomes. Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation, consultancy, and training evaluation. Expert knowledge of principles and methods for designing and delivering training material.
