About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Advisor who partners with Product, Sales and Qualified Services teams to ensure the successful implementation of Talent Management, focusing on Learning and talent optimization solutions such as Peakon Employee Voice.
Responsibilities
- Engage with early‑adopter and strategic customers in product escalations and corporate visits.
- Support new offering launches and acquisitions, enable consultants, and manage product leads aligned to the product area.
- Advise product managers and development on customer use cases, deployment considerations to ensure launch of solid minimum viable products.
- Drive deployment efficiency by influencing the product roadmap as an advocate of customer and services feedback.
- Advise on and influence product and development teams on product design and deployability, advocating for services and customer feedback.
- Strategize how to leverage agentic technology to reduce deployment cost and effort.
- Work with strategic customers deploying new products to ensure successful deployments.
- Develop early deployment guidance on new offering launches and acquisitions.
- Collaborate with the broader Workday ecosystem to identify, architect and build technical solutions to reduce deployment efforts and escalations.
- Support strategic sales opportunities involving new products, features, or complex solutions.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise software, specifically Human Capital Management, with a solid background in Learning Management solutions.
- 2–3+ years deploying or supporting Learning Management solutions.

- Adaptable and able to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Communicates and collaborates effectively.
- Learns new technologies and related product areas quickly.
- Handles multiple competing priorities.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Explains technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Mentors consultants and leads small teams.
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role‑specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
