Elevate safety on match days as a Stadium Security Operations Specialist. Oversee screening and inspection protocols while enforcing FIFA regulations in a high-energy environment.
In this fixed-term contract position, you will report to the Senior Manager of Stadium Safety & Security. Your expertise is key for managing Private Security personnel in Pedestrian and Vehicle Screening Areas. Ensure compliance with safety policies and effective handling of prohibited items to maintain a secure venue experience for all attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Private Security in PSA & VSA zones
• Ensure compliance with FIFA Prohibited Items policy
• Monitor search procedures and documentation




• Coordinate with law enforcement for incidents
• Maintain operational integrity of entry points
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in security operations
• Strong understanding of screening and access control
• Experience in high-volume entry environments
• Qualified certifications in event operations preferred
• Fluency in English; Spanish/French a plus
Lead security operations with initiative and effective communication under pressure to create a safe match day experience.
