Key Responsibilities:
• Verify solicitor information and entitlement on mortgage files
• Organize files and check for completion of requirements
• Prepare instructional packages and coordinate with solicitors
• Ensure timely fund releases and follow up on progress




• Review all documentation for compliance with standards
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or commensurate experience
• Previous experience in the mortgage sector is a plus
• Licensure as a Mortgage Agent or similar certification is an asset
