Valsoft is looking for a Treasury Operations Analyst to join our team in Canada.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

As a Treasury Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for core treasury operations and control activities, including KYC processes, corporate banking management, credit card administration, fund transfers, and access management. You will play a key role in ensuring productive, compliant, and scalable treasury operations that support the organization’s global growth and financial governance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage KYC processes and ensure compliance with banking and regulatory requirements
- Maintain bank mandates and signatory authorizations with accuracy and proper controls
- Administer the corporate credit card program, including issuance, limits, monitoring, and reconciliation
- Oversee domestic and international fund transfers and resolve payment-related issues





REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, or similar financial roles
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manage multiple priorities

OPTIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with user access management in banking portals
- Knowledge of bank mandates and signatory controls
- Understanding of international transfers and currency management
