and productivityIdentify and communicate technical risks early and clearlyCollaboration & Communication:Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholdersParticipate actively in refinement, code reviews, and technical discussionsContribute positively to team culture and to collaborative problem‑solvingGrowth & Development:Demonstrate growing technical depth in applications and software designExpand scope of work over time to include increased complexity and responsibilityDevelop increasing understanding of the product, the system, and the business contextSeek guidance and support when appropriate to ensure successful outcomesQualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related field, or equivalent professional experience in software development2‑6 years of professional, hands‑on experience in software developmentStrong proficiency in the C++ (17‑23) and Python (3.0‑3.14) programming, or equivalent experience with other object‑oriented languages such as Java or C#.NETSolid understanding and practical application of Object‑Oriented Design (OOP) principles, including SOLID principles, and design patternsExperience designing and implementing automated test strategies such as unit testing, integration testing, system testing and/or functional testingFamiliarity with frameworks and tools such as CTest, pytest, jUnit, behave, Squish, and/or MockitoProficiency with debugging tools, version control systems (e.G. git), and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Experience with CICD principles, strategies and patternsStrong analytical, communication,
