• Facilitate handoffs to Customer Success Manager




• Maintain project timelines and onboarding documentation
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in onboarding or project coordination
• Relevant education in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in agency or client-facing environments preferred
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana or Trello
