and results orientation.*Technology & Analytics Enablement** Evaluate and implement analytics tools and methodologies that enhance insight generation and decision effectiveness.*Field Execution & Network Alignment** Partner with field teams to translate strategy into executable plans and ensure consistent implementation across the network**What we’re looking for*** MBA, CPA, or MS strongly preferred.* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required.* 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, analytics, or operations transformation is required* Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, including quantitative modeling and data synthesis.* Ability to distill complex issues into clear insights and actionable recommendations.* Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively.* Experience influencing senior stakeholders through structured, insight-driven storytelling.* Advanced proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau); broader analytics experience is a plus.* Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple sites and functions in complex, matrixed organizations.* Experience in healthcare, retail, or similarly scaled environments preferred.**About Dentalcorp**

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 annually. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
