This position requires an experienced leader to develop and enforce safety and operational strategies across the Maintenance Department. You will manage both reactive and preventative maintenance, ensuring that all activities align with divisional goals. Collaborating with the Mill Operations team, you will enhance productivity while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Requirements:
