Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Law, or related discipline • 8+ years of relevant compliance experience • Background in regulatory frameworks like privacy and anti-trust laws • Industry experience in construction or similar sectors • Leadership and stakeholder influence skills at executive levels
