We are a growing consumer products company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Specialist to manage our largest retail account — Canadian Tire. This role is responsible for end-to-end order execution, including EDI processing, vendor compliance, chargeback investigation, and proactive communication around inventory and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

EDI Order Management

- Manage inbound EDI purchase orders (850)
- Process acknowledgements (855), ASNs (856), and invoices (810)
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, items, and order details
- Monitor shipping windows and support OTIF performance

Vendor Portal & Compliance

- Manage Canadian Tire vendor portal
- Upload routing instructions and compliance documentation
- Ensure order-related compliance requirements are met

Chargebacks & Deductions





- Investigate and dispute chargebacks
- Identify root causes (ASN errors, labeling, shortages, routing)
- Work cross-functionally to prevent recurrence

Inventory & Communication

- Monitor inventory levels and open orders
- Communicate out-of-stocks and delays proactively
- Coordinate with internal teams to minimize disruptions

Data Accuracy Feedback Loop

- Flag product or setup issues impacting orders (case packs, dimensions, pricing)
- Partner with internal teams to resolve root causes

Requirements

- 3–5+ years in order management, EDI, or retail account coordination
- Experience with EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810)
- Experience with retail compliance / chargebacks
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Canadian Tire vendor experience is a strong asset

Compensation

Salary range: $60,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
