As an experienced IT Support Analyst, you will support and deliver solutions to Fixed Income Trading & Sales desks across North America. This role requires managing applications for pricing and risk, while ensuring seamless engagement with teams in Front Office, Risk Management, and Infrastructure. Your proactive approach and hands-on skills will be essential in developing ad-hoc reporting tools and providing frontline support.

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver support for Fixed Income Trading Systems • Manage risk and pricing applications effectively • Provide 1st and 2nd line application support • Develop reporting tools for diverse business groups • Perform periodic on-call support as needed

Requirements: • 5-7 years in front-to-back Trading Systems support • Knowledge of ION Trading solutions required • Experience with exchange connectivity tools • Familiarity with Python, SQL, and Linux • Strong analytical skills with financial market knowledge
