Join a vital healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in a temporary part-time role. Deliver exceptional patient care in Labour and Delivery while holding a commitment to compassion and inclusion.
This position requires participation as a key member of both the Health Care and Nursing Teams. You will utilize the nursing process to provide high standards of patient care, maintain accurate nursing records, and cross-train in Post-Partum as necessary. Applicants will be expected to work 12-hour shifts on days, nights, and weekends, with a focus on creating an inclusive and joyful workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive patient care using nursing processes
• Collaborate effectively within the healthcare teams




• Maintain professional nursing records diligently
• Cross-train to assist in Post-Partum care
• Participate in continuous education regarding patient safety
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Completion or progress in a Perinatal Course
• Current BCLS certification is mandatory
• NRP certification required within 3 months
• Previous acute care experience needed
