Engage in business planning as a Specialist responsible for budgeting and reporting financial metrics. Contribute to Real Estate revenue targets and monitor key performance indicators.
This position entails the management of daily budgeting and reporting for the Real Estate and Development team. You will compile effective reports for revenue targets, agreement renewals, and support Industrial Development projects. Additionally, you will establish performance targets, monitor outcomes, and communicate any variances from planned metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create project budgets and schedules
• Develop and monitor real estate revenue plans
• Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations
• Maintain key information for agreements
• Perform data entry using SAP, BPC, and Excel
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in financial planning, accounting, or project management
• Robust skills in negotiation and stakeholder influence
• Proficiency in SAP, BPC, and Excel
• Understanding of project delivery tools and budgeting
• Solid grasp of financial analysis processes
