Drive alumni engagement initiatives as an Alumni Engagement Officer. Develop strategic programs, strengthen alumni connections, and facilitate student interactions in a temporary full-time position.
In collaboration with the Director of Advancement, you will focus on enhancing alumni engagement through various activities and marketing materials. This role emphasizes the importance of alumni relations in fostering connections for fundraising and volunteer opportunities. Your efforts contribute toward strengthening the major gift pipeline and enriching student-alumni experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement strategic alumni engagement initiatives
• Identify and develop plans for prospect solicitation
• Organize interaction opportunities between students and alumni
• Promote giving and service opportunities in the community
• Lead volunteer efforts to optimize engagement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• At least three years of experience in Alumni Relations
• Proven track record of engagement program development
• Proficiency in MS Office and database tools
• Robust interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Utilize your leadership and communication skills to enhance the alumni community through strategic engagement and relationship management.
