We’re searching for a Store Manager who will bring the fandom to life. You’ll lead the store in achieving objectives such as hitting sales targets, recruiting, developing talent, and managing performance. You’ll be a retail maverick who can handle anything that comes your way and a believer in developing talent while delivering the best customer service in the mall.

What You’ll Do

- Ensure that your store achieves the sales plan and/or comp sales goals.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a super‑collaborative and passionate team to run your store alongside you.
- Lead the store as a bandleader, creating buzz and customer engagement through social media, store web applications, and clienteling.
- Maintain an operationally sound business, balancing organizational structure, delegation, autonomy, and customer‑first selling practices.
- Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors that affect business.
- Collaboratively communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback.




- Run sales reports and use data to guide your strategy to hit sales targets.
- Adapt to new technologies, communicate company policies and procedures, and control supply ownership, spending only as needed.
- Merchandise the store in a compelling way, leveraging planograms as a guide and launching all promotions on time.
- Build a bench of equally talented staff through mentorship, recognition, and feedback.

What You’ll Need

- At least 1–2 years of retail store‑management experience; you’ve led teams to success and want to experience more of it. You’ll have skills to pay the bills: communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising).
- A high‑school diploma or GED equivalent. A degree is a plus.
- Adaptability in a quick‑changing industry and the ability to handle curveballs thrown your way.
- Open‑mindedness and curiosity about pop‑culture fandoms and music trends.
- The usual retail skills (with or without reasonable accommodation): the ability to navigate the store, merchandise product using approved equipment, and pack and unpack boxes of merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
