It is an in office position. The successful candidate will work within the Virtual Business Banking team as a dedicated virtual advisor for Business Banking clients nationally. Schedule will be based on our Branch 's operational hours, the shifts will be M-F 10am -6pm or 12pm -8pmWhat you’ll be doingBuild and maintain strong relationships with business banking clients through virtual meetings and digital communication.Deliver expert advice and support to clients using secure online platforms.Proactively engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for business growth.Uphold the highest standards of integrity and client service in every interaction.Collaborate with internal partners to ensure a seamless, client-focused experience across all channels.Confidently use digital tools and adapt quickly to new virtual platforms and banking technologies.What you haveExperience in banking, financial services,
