Ideal candidates will possess a background in Geography, Planning, or related fields along with experience in land-use coordination and planning. Responsibilities include site assessments, feasibility analyses, and regulatory applications.
Key Responsibilities: • Support facility planning services for project development • Conduct site assessments and facility layout planning • Prepare and submit regulatory applications (AUC, AER, EPA)
• Collaborate with internal and external technical teams • Manage operational and administrative tasks efficiently
Requirements: • 2–5 years experience in facility planning or land use • Post-secondary degree in relevant field required • Working knowledge of GIS software for planning • Strong technical writing and interpersonal skills • Class 5 driver’s license and safety commitment
