This role offers the chance to shape the Cantonese ministry's future through strategic visions over the next 5-10 years. As a preaching pastor, your teaching and outreach will foster spiritual development among congregants. Key Responsibilities:
• Preach at Cantonese worship services and community events
• Oversee strategic planning for ministry expansion
• Provide pastoral care and support to congregants
• Mentor and train aspiring lay leaders within the church
• Facilitate communication across congregation ministries
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Cantonese pastoral work
• Bachelor's degree in pastoral studies or equivalent
• Fluent in Cantonese; comfortable in Mandarin and English
• Robust interpersonal and organizational skills
• A mature, growing faith and character
