Elevate client engagement as a dedicated Client Relationship Advisor. This hybrid role focuses on enhancing satisfaction, retention, and driving organic growth in the Short-Term insurance sector.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your commercial clients. Your responsibilities include managing the client life cycle, negotiating renewals, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You'll work closely with teams on new business opportunities while contributing to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for client portfolios
• Manage complete client life cycle including renewals
• Collaborate with sales and the admin teams
• Drive client retention through upselling and cross-selling
• Handle calls and provide qualified advice
Requirements:
• 2–3 years in commercial short-term insurance
• Minimum Grade 12; Bachelor’s preferred
• Must be FSCA registered representative
• Digital literacy in MS Word and Excel
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
